The Naivasha Technical and Vocational College is an institution that presents an opportunity for our youths who fail to qualify for university placement to acquire technical skills at very affordable rates. 

The institution has adequate and up to standard learning facilities and equipments. The government has already posted qualified trainers to the institution located at Longonot in Maai-Mahiu Ward. 

Today my office team joined the Naivasha Sub-county National Government Administration officers (NGAO) led by the DCC for a consultative meeting with the Naivasha TVC management as a way of creating awareness for the institution. 

I have engaged the state department for housing PS Mr. Charles Hinga on a proposal to build hostels at Naivasha TVC to address the challenge of students accommodation and he has promised to do it once funds are available. 

Through Naivasha NG-CDF bursary fund we have supported students at Naivasha TVC before and we will continue.
