The mission of the Procurement Department is to provide efficient and responsive procurement services and to obtain high quality goods and services at reasonable costs. This service is provided to faculty, staff, and students in support of the college’s instructional, research, and public service programs.

 Purchasing processes and practices conform to the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority which is mandated with the responsibility of monitoring, assessing and reviewing the public procurement and asset disposal system to ensure that they respect the national values and other provisions of the Constitution, including PPAD Act 2015 and make recommendations for improvements among other duties.

Our strategic goals are:

• To identify vendors who meet internal customer needs at reasonable prices.
• To process documentation within reasonable timeframes.
• To reduce risks and ensure security of supply
• To manage relationship between the supplier and the college.
